- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract and protein powder until smooth.
- Pour this mixture into a jar or airtight container.
- Add the oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Stir well.
- Stir in the diced apple, chopped walnuts and honey (or maple syrup) until evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
