*To clarify: The ideal version of yourself, the one you envision becoming, is not the person you are right now. Everyone pictures this future version of themselves before they decide to make changes. Maybe you see yourself with a better body composition, more active, healthier and/or capable of things you cannot do at the moment. That vision exists because there is a gap between who you are and who you want to be. The person you aim to become thinks and acts differently than you do now. Commitment and pricing

Before applying, review the commitments below:

  • This coaching program as a 3-month minimum (please understand some goals can take longer to reach)
  • Coaching is billed at $399 CAD every four (4) weeks (28 days)
  • Payments are processed automatically every four weeks through PayPal or Stripe
  • Coaching is guidance based and you execute the plan independently
  • After the initial 12-week commitment, you may discontinue coaching by managing your own cancellation prior to the next billing cycle.
  • All payments are non-refundable, and no specific results are guaranteed. Outcomes depend on consistency, adherence, and execution.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

What happens after I apply?

After you apply we review your information to make sure the coaching process matches your goals and needs. You then receive your onboarding email with your questionnaire and next steps. Once your agreement is finalized and your deposit is paid we set up your coaching apps and begin building your plan.

Results depend on your consistency, training and nutrition accuracy. Most people begin noticing changes in the first few weeks but deeper progress takes longer.

A gym is highly recommended for long-term results and for proper progression.
