- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 30 g whey protein powder, vanilla flavor
- ½ cup oats, (quick/regular, not fortified)
- ¼ cup banana, raw (sliced)
- ¼ cup raspberries, raw
- 1 tbsp coconut meat, dried, shredded
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground

In a sealable jar or container, whisk together almond milk and protein powder until smooth.

Stir in oats and cinnamon until well combined.

Layer or mix in banana slices, raspberries and shredded coconut.

Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6hours).

In the morning, stir well and enjoy chilled. Adda splash of almond milk if the texture is too thick.
