Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
- In a large bowl or Ziploc bag, add the potato wedges, olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper and salt.
- Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
